Farewell Practice on Thursday

Due to our 8th graders practicing for Farewell at MRHS on Thursday afternoon, any 8th grader who is a walker will be late as they are taking the buses from MRHS back to BMS, will have to get off and then walk down to the back parking lot. Thank you for your patience! We are truly grateful for the bus company putting in the extra time and resources into transporting our students to MRHS for Farewell practice!!!

Farewell (8th Grade Only)

Students have been sent home with tickets. Only people with tickets will be allowed into the MRHS gym. We have restricted tickets to parents/guardians only.

Parents can park in either the side or front parking lots at MRHS, both side and front doors will be open. Doors open at 5:30. Parents should proceed to the gymnasium and students should proceed to the auditorium. Masks need to be worn into the building but can be taken off once seated.

A Note From our School Nurse on Controlled Substances

Our school nurse wanted to send out a friendly reminder to have your child’s medication picked up from the school when the school year officially comes to an end. Please remember that only an authorized adult is allowed to transport medication off of school grounds. This means Mrs. Heaphy will not be giving leftover pills to your child.

If your child has an inhaler, they are allowed to pick up it up from the nurse’s office.  All other medications must go home with a parent/ guardian.

Mrs. Heaphy is available for pickup the remainder of this week, June 14, June 15, and by appointment.

A friendly reminder that if your child will be taking medications in school NEXT YEAR, a NEW doctor’s signature and prescription for the new school year will be required. I have attached it for your convenience if you see your doctor over the summer months.

We look forward to seeing you next year!!! Stay healthy!

Chromebook Return

We will be collecting chromebooks Thursday and Friday for in-person students and June 14 and June 15 for remote students. Students will need to bring in their chromebook and their charger. If students have lost/damaged chromebooks or chargers, they will be sent an invoice from the school.

Students who are attending Summer School may keep their chromebooks/charger.

Grades Close

Grades close this Friday 6.11.21. Report Cards and Honor Roll certificates will be mailed.

We are trying to determine the level of interest in our proposed summer camps. Please email the facilitator of the club/camp if you are interested in your child participating!
