Below is a reminder for a few upcoming events and a new item.
Veteran's Day Breakfast
If you are or have a Veteran family member who would like to have breakfast with your Boynton Middle School student, please fill out the Google Form. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me at kfondas@mascenic.org should you have any questions.
Winter Sports
Even though the Fall sports still need to be finished, it is time to register for Winter sports.
Spirit Team will start tryouts on Monday, October 30th, and continue Wednesday through Friday, November 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.
Tryouts for GIRLS Basketball will begin Monday, November 6th, and then Wednesday & Thursday, November 8th & 9th.
Tryouts for BOYS Basketball will begin Monday, November 13th, through Wednesday, November 15th.
Please remember that you must have passing grades on your 1st quarter report cards to be able to play winter sports and must be able to follow all guidelines within the MRSD Athletic Code of Conduct. Below is the link to sign up for winter sports (Family ID)
Grades Closing
Quarter 1 grades will close on November 3rd; don't hesitate to contact your child's teacher with any questions. We will not be printing report cards; if you would like a printed report card, please email Ashley Porter-Hayes.
Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent-teacher conferences will be held on November 7th between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; below are the links to sign up if you want an appointment.

Red Ribbon Week
Red Ribbon Week is a way for schools and communities to unite and take a visible stand against drugs. Show your personal commitment to a drug-free lifestyle by participating in this week's spirit days, and by signing the pledge in the cafeteria.
- Tuesday - Hocus Pocus, Drugs are not MY Focus Dress up in your Halloween costumes. Have a safe and happy Halloween!
- Wednesday - Lei off Drugs! Wear your best TROPICAL outfit!
- Thursday - Throwback & Throw Away Drugs Dress in a different decade to show that drugs are old news
- Friday - Dream of a Life Without Drugs It’s pajama day! Wear your comfiest pajamas and follow your dreams!
