Dr. Elizabeth Pogorzelski
We are delighted to welcome students and staff back from summer vacation. Their energy and presence bring life to our buildings and serve as a daily reminder of the importance and impact of the work we do.
As we begin this new academic year, I find myself reflecting on the journey that brought me here—one that has been deeply rooted in the district. I have had the unique privilege of spending my entire educational career within Mascenic. Over the past 17 years, I have served in a variety of roles across different school buildings; social studies teacher, assistant principal at BMS, principal at BMS, principal at MRHS. Throughout that time, I have had the honor of working alongside exceptional staff, dedicated students, and supportive families. Together, we have celebrated academic achievements, personal milestones, and life events. We have also stood by one another during times of challenge and adversity.
The Mascenic community is—and continues to be—a remarkable one. Each school year brings its own unique set of opportunities and challenges. I remain confident that, as in years past, we will meet those challenges head-on, working collaboratively and in support of one another to ensure the continued success and well-being of our students, schools, and larger community.
It is an honor to serve as your superintendent, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to continue working with and serving the communities of New Ipswich and Greenville. I look forward to a productive, fun, and rewarding school year.
