We look forward to seeing our Kindergarteners on Tuesday. Over the past few days we welcomed all of our incoming Kinders to join us for a chance to meet our amazing K team! This year the theme was “At The Farm.” Thank you to the K team and Linda Guruge for all the hard work they put into setting it up!

the building will be buzzing like bees in a hive
All the classrooms and hallways will become alive!
When students are dismissed at three twenty two
The teachers will state "wow how your child grew!"
Your child will may say how "the day just flew."

Hello Huskies! Our HHES staff has been hard at working preparing their classrooms for the first day of school tomorrow, August 31st 2022, for 1st-4th graders.
Doors open at 8:45 AM and the day begins at 9:00 AM. Students are dismissed starting at 3:22 PM.

Wonderful to see all the HHES staff back in the building today! We all are so excited to see our First, Second, Third and Fourth Graders next Wednesday, August 31st, 2022!
The 2022 Viking 5k will be held this year on Saturday September 17th, 2022.
We are hopeful to continue to keep the Viking 5K staff/student/community participation trophy here at the Highbridge Hill awards display case for another year!

Attention HHES Parents: Field Day today was a roaring success so we want to be sure the 3rd and 4th graders have the same great weather (hopefully). Therefore, we are moving the scheduled Thursday Field Day to Friday. The weather looks much better for Friday. We will still be having the barbeque on Thursday though. Attentinon HHES Parents: The PTA will be holding their Annual PTA Ice Cream Social at Memorial Field on Tuesday, May 24th from 6:00 - 8:00. $2.00 donation per ice cream. Seeking volunteers to help set up and serve for this event. Contact the PTA @ highbridgehillpta@gmail.com if you are able to help.
HHES Parents: There will be a Summer Reading Program in the HHES Library on Tuesdays in July from 9:00 - 12:00. We will also be doing a craft. If interested in the craft activity, please contact Mrs. Damemry @ mdamery@mascenic.org by May 20th.
Attention HHES Parents: This summer Mrs. James will be hosting a music camp with lots of opportunities to explore music in a fun and relaxed environment. Students will play games, learn folk dances, sing songs, and do artwork that incorporates music! Available for students entering Readiness through fourth grade. We are trying to gauge interest in such a program. If your child would be interested, please email Mrs. James at njames@mascenic.org. Thank You!
Kindergarten Registration - Registration will be Tuesday, March 8 from 8:00 - 3:00. Please be sure to bring your child's birth certificate, proof of residency and immunization record. HHES Parents! Just a reminder that the Helping Hands project, "If you are able, help the stable", will be ending on Friday, February 25th. If you have donations to make, please drop them off at the school by that date. Thanks for all who have made donations!
