Hello HHES Parents, Reaching out for help with collecting hand sanitizers. We are participating in the Pink Revolution Breast Cancer Alliance of NH "Products with a Purpose " School Drive. Our goal is to collect 1500 bottles and we currently only have 200 bottles. If you can help add to this collection we would greatly appreciate it. We will also accept $donations and will make the purchases of sanitizers if you can't get to the store. You could also purchase online at AMAZON or Walmart and have the donations shipped to HHES. Thanks for any help you can give!

Attention HHES Parents! When you are sending in a note for your student regarding transportation home, PLEASE include student name, Bus # and SPECIFIC Bus Stop. Our main concern is that your student gets to the right place safely. We appreciate and thank you for your assistance with this. Please also be aware that the bus company will return students to the school if an adult is not at the bus stop for your child.

HHES Families: As the end of the year approaches I would like to take this time to remind families of the student arrival and dismissal procedures. With over 500 students and staff coming and going each day it is very important that we follow the drop off/pick up procedures with great care. For those who drop off and pick up their children via a car, please form a single line and wait until your car has pulled up to the front of school before unloading or loading your children. Please do not bypass the line by cutting around or dropping your children off in the parking lot. While I appreciate how hectic mornings can be with a busy household, please remember that by following these procedures we together ensure all of our students and staff have a safe arrival and dismissal each day. Sincerely, Julia Coquillette

HHES Community: Good Evening. As Dr. Martin stated earlier in her message tomorrow will be a snow learning day. All students should have been provided a packet of learning activities. These activities should take approximately 15-20 minutes per subject. If your child does not have access to their packet or if the circumstances do not permit for the learning activities to be completed please do not fret. Stay safe and be well. Principal Coquillette

Hello PTA Parents, We will be doing a Spring Session of HEEP and are seeking volunteers. The information is contained on the sheet below. This form will also be going home with your student. HEEP is back! For those new parents, HEEP is the Highbridge Hill Elementary Enrichment Program. We run the program twice a year โ€“ in the Fall and Spring. This session will only be five weeks however because of the Teacherโ€™s Workshop on the Tuesday, March 14. We are seeking volunteers to run a club for the program. Each club can run once a week for one hour. This year we are able to provide a stipend of $30 per hourly session. Please return this form to school by February 17th. This program is for students in Grades 1 through 4. The HEEP program will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at HHES from 3:30 to 4:30. It will run from March 21 through April 20th. If you are interested or need more information, feel free to contact the school at 878-4387 or email Mrs. Coquillette @ jcoquillette@mascenic.org or Mrs. Guruge @ lguruge@mascenic.org. You may also fill out the bottom and return to the school. Additionally, as a reminder, all parents need to be fingerprinted. If you are not fingerprinted, the SAU now has the capabilities to do this for you. No need to go to the police station. Reminder: The number of students we can accommodate is determined by the number of volunteers. Some examples of clubs we have offered in the past are: dance, letterboxing, arts and crafts, science club, cooking, chess, physical activity, basketball, media, nature/exploration, gardening, math club, book club (with or without Kindles), drama, photography (school has cameras). We are open to any other suggestions or talent you may have and want to share with our students. ------------------------------------------PARENT/TEACHER VOLUNTEER NAME_______________________________________ PHONE________________________________ EMAIL___________________________________ Would love to volunteer to teach: ____________________________________ Tuesday_______ Thursday________ or Both___________
