  • Lunch - School lunches are no longer free of charge. The MealTime application is NOW on our website to be printed and filled out. Completed applications can be dropped off at your child’s school or at the SAU office. You can find the paper application here: www.mascenic.org.  If you prefer to apply online, you will find the digital application at the link below: https://www.mymealtime.com/Apps/SignIn.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fApps%

  • School Meal Prices - Updated information for this year’s school meal program can be found in this Fresh Picks letter. You will see information on meal prices as well as how to download the mobile application to manage your student’s lunch account and see the weekly menu. You can also find this information on our website.

  • A few other notes about meals:

    • No matter what, we will never deny a student their first reimbursable meal (no a la carte, no seconds). This goes for breakfast and lunch. We want the kids to eat no matter what!!

    • Depending on the status of the student (reduced or full price) the account will go into debt if no money is given at the point of sale, or no funds are in the account.

    • Although free students will not be charged, they still need to be rung up at the register for our records. It will go in as a 0.00 transaction.

  • The New Hampshire Education Department is excited to announce the launch of the NH SAS Family Portal, a secure website that will allow families access to student assessment results, interpretive guides and more. A recording of last weeks webinar can be found here:  https://nh.portal.cambiumast.com/resources/training-materials/family-portal-webinar-recording.

  • MRHS Athletes: You should have received an email from Dr. Pogorzelski regarding yearly physicals for participation in athletics. Per NHIAA and School District Policy students must have these on file with our school nurse.  Please see the note below:

“In order to continue to participate in practice and competitions, the school needs;

an updated physical (this can be sent via fax, email, or hard copy to our school nurse anichols@mascenic.org ), a scheduled appointment for a physical (please send the date to Mrs. Nichols). If we do not have either of these on file with our nurse by September 30, 2022, students will not be able to practice or compete. To reiterate, we do not need a completed appointment by September 30th, just an appointment scheduled.”

  • Reminder to check the emails/messages from your child’s school! You’ll find information about drama club donations, athletics, music events, dances, school events, etc!

HIGHLIGHTS FROM PREVIOUS MESSAGING

  • New Covenant Church Food Pantry: FYI -  The food pantry at New Covenant Church in Greenville has expanded significantly due to their new partnership with the New Hampshire Food Bank.  They still have the flexibility to serve anyone who walks in the door without requesting family information. They simply ask for the number of people in the household.  But they now have a much greater quantity and variety of food. It's currently operating on Tuesdays from 12 to 2, but that time frame may expand as well.

  • Important Message from our School Nursing Team:   Please do not send students to school with any symptoms of illness and to be sure to report illness, covid exposures, positive cases, and travel to the school nurse. For any questions, our School Nursing Team can be reached at:
